Pre-schoolers making magic potions at Pembroke Road

Following the children’s interests, today our pre-schoolers have been making magical potions at our Soundwell nursery!
The children used pipettes, jugs to pour, tweezers, feathers and scented resources to create their very own potion that could turn people into spiders! They also made up their own song and spell whilst brewing the potion, “Spider soup, spider soup, I’m making spider soup”.
After lunch they were very surprised to see the potion had worked when Emma appeared with an extra 6 arms.

The children are now continuing to brew potions to return Emma to her normal self, as they are very concerned about how she’s going to get into her car with all of those arms!! Fingers crossed...
