At this months Pembroke Road staff meeting, the staff had the opportunity to take on different roles and get hands on during some activity planning and observation training. The activities that the team were involved in enabled them as a whole team to discuss how they could enhance the provisions offered and how they would feel if these activities were offered to them as children! Everyone had lots of fun and made lots of mess and staff are very much looking forward to the next one!
