Deputy Nursery Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our friendly team. If you are looking to take the next step in your career this role could be for you. As Deputy Manager you will join the leadership team and support with the management of the nursery where you will lead a team of dedicated staff, ensuring the highest standard and quality of care.
To be considered for the role, you must demonstrate the following:
- Previous supervisory experience within an Early Years Setting
- Hold a Full and Relevant Level 3 Early Years Qualification as a minimum
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of Ofsted standards, Health & Safety and Child Protection Legislation
