Midvale Road had a special visitor -George- he is an Army cadet. He came into the pre-school to meet the children, show them his uniform and talk about the role of an army cadet. He showed the children the maps cadets have to follow when they are at camp. The children were also shown the mess tins cadets eat their food from once it is prepared.

George also allowed the children to try on his baret and then he set up an obstacle course for the children to have a go on - it was lots of fun!
