Meet our Nursery Manager: Aimi
Hi I’m Aimi, I have been part of the team at Long Road since 2020, progressing from Room Leader to SENCo, then Deputy Manager and, from December 2025, am delighted to be Nursery Manager. Born and raised in Paignton, I am married with three daughters, two sisters and three much-loved dogs. I bring to my role valuable experience from my previous work in schools, in particular supporting children with special educational needs. I aim to maintain a kind, fun and nurturing approach to child learning, creating a warm and inclusive environment for every child. Outside of work, I love exploring the outdoors and enjoy rambling across Dartmoor. Please do come in and visit us for a showround.
