Crews Hole pre-school took a trip to the local shops today! The children thoroughly enjoyed their walk along the river path before exploring the supermarket as part of our monthly theme, ‘Food’. The children had the important job of choosing and buying some toppings for the pancakes that we are going to make on Pancake Day. The children also enjoyed spotting their favourite fruit, vegetables and yoghurts, and even found some unfamiliar ‘fancy’ fruits! The children enjoyed estimating how much money they would need to pay for their shopping and counting the money to make sure they had enough before packing their own shopping.
