Welcome to our Long Road Nursery in Paignton, a beacon of excellence in early childhood education. Designed from the ground up with your child's needs in mind, our facility provides a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where every child flourishes.

A Purpose-Built Paradise for Early Learning

Our nursery, located conveniently on the South Devon College campus, boasts a modern, purpose-built structure that caters to families in Paignton and beyond. With a capacity to welcome 62 children, our space is meticulously designed to encourage exploration and growth. Children enjoy the freedom to move seamlessly between three brightly lit, resource-rich indoor rooms and an expansive outdoor area, fostering a sense of freedom and discovery.

Tailored Care and Education

At Long Road Nursery, we believe in the power of personalised care. Our team of childcare professionals is not only carefully selected but also receives ongoing training to stay at the forefront of educational and developmental strategies. This commitment ensures they meet each child's unique needs with compassion and expertise. Our rooms are filled with age-appropriate toys and learning materials that challenge and engage young minds, making every day an adventure in learning.

Consistent Excellence in Childcare

Pride in our service delivery is confirmed by our consistent ‘Outstanding’ rating from Ofsted across all areas in our last three inspections. This accolade is a testament to our relentless pursuit of excellence in nurturing young minds and preparing them for future academic and social success.

An Enriched Learning Environment

Our unique location on the college campus enhances our educational offerings. Children have regular opportunities to visit the college's sensory room and animal centre, enriching their learning experiences and providing them with stimuli that encourage cognitive and emotional development. These visits not only broaden their horizons but also integrate real-world experiences into their daily learning.

Open All Year Round

Understanding the needs of modern families, we operate all year round, closing only for bank holidays and Christmas week. This ensures that we’re here when you need us most, supporting not just families but also the college students and staff who rely on our quality childcare solutions.
